(“Company”, “StableBuild”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of consumer users of this website, (the “Site”), as well as associated products and services, including mobile applications (together, the “Services”), and applies to personal information that we collect through the Site and our Services as well as personal information you provide to us directly.  This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy.  Please note that by using the Site or the Services, you accept the practices and policies described in this Policy and you consent that we will collect, use, and share your personal information as described below.  If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Site or the Services.

·      Professional qualifications;

·      Information you provide to us in job interviews, screening interviews and phone interviews;

·      Biographical information, such as your name, gender, date of birth, professional history, references, language proficiencies, educational details, and information you make publicly available through job search or career networking sites;

·      Job preferences, such as desired position and compensation, location preferences and willingness to relocate;

·      Employment history;

·      Background check information, such as information necessary to complete background, credit, drug/alcohol and/or other checks when permitted by law, and information received during these checks;

·      Medical information, such as your body temperature, health symptoms and other screening information if you meet with us in person in connection with our health and safety plans and protocols, including screening required to access our offices/facilities and other measures designed to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases; and

·      Other information you provide to us.

Personal Information We Get From Others.  We may get personal information about you from other sources.  We may add this to information we get from this Site and through our Services. 

Information We Collect Automatically.  We automatically log information about you and your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Site and Services.  For example, when visiting our Site, we may log your computer or device identification, operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site or in the Company’s mobile applications.  How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Site and Services.

Subject to this Privacy Policy, our terms of use, and applicable terms and conditions of third-party applications, all data transmitted through the Site and the Services is owned by StableBuild.  Generally, we may use information in the following ways and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

To Provide the Services and Personalize Your Experience.  We use personal information about you to provide the Services to you, including:

To Create Anonymous Data.  We may create Anonymous Data records from your personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the information personally identifiable to you.  We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation.  We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
